Hah, remember that choux pastry I made ages ago, I finally took it out of the freezer today to bake it, and for some reason *cough*cocky-mai*cough* I managed to under-bake 50% of the patch, and there was nothing I could do to save them, in the end I had to throw them :'(, note to self : never freeze stuff unless you become a pastry chef, and leave you stupid ego out of the kitchen next timeI remembered to take a shot this time after I started to munch away, and this bit of eclair in the pic was my last bite, I took the shot and threw the yummy thing in my mouth XD.

yaaa my mom did that once -_- the pastry exploded and burned my arm (we were frying them to make bala7 el sham) XDDDDDDDDDDD (ren has battle wounds to brag about as well D: LOL )
why were they underbaked? you didnt let them warm to room temprature before baking them? XD

oh...is that so? I did take them out of the icebox and stright to the oven, I usally thaw things, but the recipe I had didn't mention that TAT...poor ren, that must be..ouch T____T...*reads* ummm bala7 el shaam ...yummm *drools*
